On average, most requests are completed in just two business days or less.
After subscribing, we'll quickly add you to your own project management board. Once you accept the invite, you're ready to go. You can request designs by describing what you need, sharing video files, reference sounds, or even recording a brief video explaining your needs.
Your audio will be handled by myself - Tomas, the founder and Sound Designer of NewZone Audio, nice to meet you! We don't outsource any work to ensure complete control over the final result and maximum quality.
No worries! We'll continue to revise the audio until you're 100% satisfied with the result. Each revision counts as a single request.
That's perfectly fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional audio design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Once subscribed, you can add as many sound design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
Billing cycles are monthly based. If you sign up and use the service for 21 days, then decide to pause, your subscription will be paused with 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
One request covers: Videos: Each request covers sound design for 30 seconds of video. Need a 1:30 video? That's 3 requests with delivery in 3-6 days For Games, Apps, UI - one request covers up to 5 unique Sound Effects.
Yes! We don't compose original music scores, and we don't do game audio implementation. We can, however, help select the perfect stock music to complement your sound design.
Absolutely. Whether you need our audio subscription for a month or a year, the choice is yours. Just feel free to come back when you have additional sound design needs.
